STAT Updates

This page will have the monthly updates of the stats that I am taking.
It is primarily to help me track and assess how I am going, but posted here for accountability.

All tests are done on the same day and are done in the following manner:

Weight, run (time, hr avg, hr max), situps in 1 min (45 second rest), pushups in 1 min, body fat percentage with digital caliper (3 point test), waist size.

The Vo2 Max is done by my heart rate monitor a polar FT40 and done prior to lunch after a period of rest.

I expect to see improvements in these each month (particularly the weight, bf % and waist size)
